Today, I got a letter from toyota's lawyer stating that they want a relief from automatic stay. I already surrendered the car and they picked it up last week. What now? My 341 is tomorrow...do I have to worry about them since I surrendered the vehicle. It says on the letter that there is a hearing about the motion to relief the stay. Do i need to attend that court hearing?
