I think my worst one was GE Financial. They were a PITA!!!! They would call until I gave them the case number then the calls stopped. I know my attorney receied some letters from them saying either reaffirm or they wll tke the furniture. My attorney said come and get it. The child has been sleeping i the bed for 14 months....They never came to get. They do that all the time. It a scare tactic.

I know that it is hard to do but relax and just follow this board and take things one step at a time - it really does get easier and easier.
I know that feeling when one stops making payments - but I made the decision to file and then stopped paying so it was not that hard for me.
When you get to the point that you have made the right decision for your present and future then go with it. The die is case so just sit back and let it play out over time.
And besides, look at all the great people here to help take care of you! - jbjb - A little knowledge is a wonderful thing - sometimes.

Citifinancial was a signature loan not a cc. They were aweful. You can go back and find my posts about what they did to me on Christmas Eve last year at work. It was aweful. I cannot believe that people actually get out of bed to go do that as their job everyday. What a life.Filed Jan 23rd, 2009

Doubtful anyone would show up for a simple 7, but there are no guarantees. And no one's experience is the same, no matter who the creditor.
The very best of luck to you!
