newbie question....
Hi everybody, I'm new to this forum. I have a question regarding our 341 meeting. We had our 341 last 4/3/09 but the trustee said they don't have our pay stubs and ITR's. We gave everything to or lawyer when we filed so trustee rescheduled us on the 4/29/09 and I'm bringing eveyrthing that I gave to our lawyer to make sure what ever they ask I can give it to the trustee rightaway.
Is this good or bad? trustee does not have our pay stubs and ITR's. Although, we the lawyer said trustee received everything and signed by the clerk. Our Lawyer sent it again just to make sure.
Do I have to worry this issue? thanks
