does trustee see counseling budget?

So I didnt really know what I was getting into when I took my pre counseling course, and so the budget I gave them was very frugal. But now I'm trying to fill out my schedule J, current expenditures, and it looks like I have alot of excess income If I use the budget we created in counseling. I So does the trustee have access to the information/budget my credit counselor and I prepared., or does all the UST see is the certificate that I submit stating I took the course?

All the trustee and the court have presented to them is the actual certificate of completing credit counseling, not any of the information you entered.
