Well we just called and asked what address we could mail a payment to and he gave us the address. This guy was in the BK department. So we asked if we could make a payment at the local branch and he said no but we could mail the payment. So I guess western union is if you don't have checking account to write checks or don't want to mail it. All I know is I am going to pay for a 42 cent stamp and call it good. Or I guess in May that will be 44 cent stamp.

Had my car loan lender do this to me. I just mail the payments as you are doing. They gave me a BK phone number that I can call to get info on the loan, like balance, payoff, etc., since they won't send me a statement.
