is there any easy way to obtain a copy of my discharge papers? i never got anything in the mail or from my lawyer. my case was discharged last october and im finally getting around to clean up my credit report.

Sign up for Pacer. If you only download the discharge one time and save to your hard drive you will not be billed (because Pacer only bills you 8 cents per page and will not bill you until you hit ten dollars). http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/Filed CH 7 9/30/2008

Did you move and not leave a forwarding?
The court sends that paperwork directly to you according to what we were told today at our 341 hearing.
Your attorney, if you used one, also gets a copy.Comment
