name on not for profit corp..any affect

Dh and I plan to file for ch 7, we are pres and vice pres of a not for profit corporation. The not for profit corp doesn't pay us and has very little money run through it each year (about $2000). It has no assets and no bills and no problems. The only thing that ever happens is I will pay for something myself and then I will be reimbursed at a later date. Our names are just attached to it. Will I need to mention it to the attorney at all and will it be affected at all ?

gosh...no answers. I am surprised, ya'll usually have some experience with just about everything.

You definately need to mention it to your attorney. I don't know what the result will be...but it is important that he/she knows so you can properly plan BK
