HI Jess!
I changed my avatar to a pic of myself. I thought everyone should know what I look like in case I happened to run into a forum member on the street.
That pic is from my pageant days.
Oh, to be young again....
Third runner up as Broccolic Queen, now those were the days! I couldn't fight the dudes off.

Love your avatar as well dingdong. Thanks again for all the support. I see our lawyer next week but just wondered if someone could answer my original question.
We are dismissing our case and refiling. The trustee said she would not contest the refile. Since Oct, when we originally filed our circumstances have changed. I lost my job (didn't make much). We received a sizeable tax refund. Hubby got a few bonuses. Most of all the money has been spent on household upgrades (new house and needed things like a yard and driveway etc.). We saved the rest for emergencies.
Does anyone know how receiving this additional income will affect the means test? Are tax refunds and/or bonuses allowed to be exempt? Just wondering. Thanks again.
