Well,
I filed in NOV. 341 in Jan and I received my Discharge yesterday. It took awhile and I didn't have any problems other than waiting for my reaffirm papers. The attorneys office did give me a last minute scare stating that we were dealing with a new judge and he was calling everyone in front of him explain how they planned to continue to pay anything they reaffirmed if they were negative. I was negative by almost 600.00 on Schedule J. I was able to write up my statement explaining how I would pay for everything. I also made a statement that I had never been late for my house payment or ever missed any of my vehicle payments prior to filing bankruptcy.
He signed the reaffirmation agreements and I didn't have to appear. The attorneys office was surprised.
