I go see my attroney tomorrow morning at 9:30. Told me to plan on 2 hours. We fill out the packet together. He goes through everything with me first and see if there are going to be any problems before I pay him anything.

I pray that I have everything in order and there is nothing to hold me up.

I even went so far tonight to print out some information about a medical condition I have and I am using old,outdated medication because I can't afford insurance to get into a Dr. to get a new prescription. So I am having to get by but I will have to get that taken care of by the end of the year.

I guess I was thinking that the Trustee needs to see that I need to get bottled water and special food because of this condition. I wanted them to see if I do end up with any extra income I need to be getting insurance and being self employed I am looking at $200 a month give or take. I needed to let them see that even though I don't have any medical bills on my expenses what I am buying over the counter each month is in an effort to treat my chronic condition (Interstitial Cystitis) of over 30 years.

I am nervous and just need to get this started. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Saw the new attroney and he was the biggest jerk ever. I have got to find a another attroney. He is trying to tell me the Trustee is going to take my 1995 Trailer that is in poor shape because it is a luxury. It isn't worth a thing. The first attroney I saw said we would keep the camper.

This attroney said why would you want to keep a house that is in poor condition that is only worth about 10-12000 and I owe 15000 on it yet. He is saying something like the Trustee would say it is worth 12 and you might have to come up with 6K to keep it.

The first attroney said that my equity may be 1-2K since that is the difference between what it is worth and what I owe and I might have to pay 500- 1000 to keep it.

This attroney today said that houses are money pits and that is why he rents. Well he doesn't have a business that has to have a work trailer and need room to store carpet, pad and tools.

If they take everything from me and make me find a place that will cost me more to rent than my house payment is, how would that help? I am so frustrated and getting depressed about this mess.

I guess I keep looking but I have got to find someone soon to help me.
