I finally was able to file today after the courthouse's computer system was down for two days.

I was going to file for a fee waiver but the clerk disencouraged me saying that only 2% are approved and I would have had to go to court the next day and have a judge question me. I assumed that I would not get approved because I just received my tax refund and so I paid in cash.

Well the wait wasn't too bad about 1hr total. Parking was $1.50/hr.

There were two other debtors filing who used attorneys but didn't have their paperwork complete, they were called over and over (what a waste of money). Well thanks to this forum I had everything complete and in order.
