    Now Foreclosure Notice

    My BF house, that I am on the deed via quit claim deed after the mortgage was signed, is getting that house foreclosed on. He is going to be served very soon. I noticed online that I am also going to be served on this.

    I am not on this mortgage note, only he is. I am just on the deed to the house. Do I need to let my attroney know about this on Thurs. when I see him and is there anything I need to do to protect myself from this mess too?

    Did you let your attorney know that you are on the deed to this house anyway?
    If not, please let him know now.

      I go see the attroney tomorrow and will let him know about it. I am sure I mentioned it in an email though.
