    After 341 meeting pacer question

    First,

thanks everyone for all your advice! I was dreading the 341 meeting but it went so uneventful! No creditors, no interrogations, no stress really

Question: I looked on pacer after the 341 meeting and my trustee states No distribution and he would like to be excused from further duty. I was told that he would take 25% of what was in my bank account on the day I file. Is this still to come? Also, the amount that shows claims to be discharged in pacer includes student loans. I am confused as I was told by my attorney no way those would be discharged.
From this day on I move FORWARD!!!
    Filed Chapter 7 on 3/20/09!
    Discharged 6/2009

It could be he is surrendering interest in your bank account as the amount might be so low that it is not worth his effort to put all the extra time and effort into the process to collect claims, pay them etc.

Student Loans are debts and will appear on your filing. However in most circumstances they are not discharged. It also depends whether they were actually signature loans or educational loans.
