I (ducks head while tomatoes start to fly) work for a cc issuer and this re-issue sounds related to a recent compromise that affected a third-party servicer, Heartland Payment Systems last year...our bank sent out re-issue cards and I know Shitibank did the same. If you google it, there are plenty of stories on it.

Citi charged off my acct. as soon as we filed for bk...so it shows a $0 balance, "charged off, paid as agreed." Bizarre combination of words...because I was never late, then filed for bk? Does this look good, or bad on my credit report?
