CA Exemption:Business partnership property (Corp. 16501)
Can anyone cite the legal source/text/chapter section / code of the California Exemption for Business Partnership Property? The source says (Corp 16501) but I don't know where to find that or even what that is. I Googled 'til I can't Google anymore. This is for Chapter 7.
Does this exempt ALL business partnership property such as inventory?
