    I need help again

    I was just on Pacer and this was on there Objection to Discharge Due What does that mean? I would like to thank everyone for all the help they have given me,I just cannot wait for this to be over

    That is the final date a creditor has to object to their particular debt in your BK case. It is 60 days past the first 341 date.


    If no objections, you can assume that all the dischargable debts will be discharged in BK.

    If there are objections, they only affect the particular debt that creditor is associated with.

    Every BK case has a time bar date for objections to discharge.

    Hence the "60 day club" we all refer to.
