      I agree with the above answer. Your lawyer and trustees are smart enough to know bartenders make cash tips.

        Bankruptcy fraud is a felony... not worth it. Being honest and disclosing everything is the only sensible course of action.

          The penalty for misstatement of income is severe, your entire BK can be dismissed. That means the creditors can come after you with a vengence and your debt is not dischargeable. Don't take a chance with your filing - the Trustee's have seen it all and they know where to look!
