filed BK today ch 7

my husband and I did a chapter 13, 15 years ago, and now we are filing ch 7, I guess we dont learn from our mistakes.

The odd part is our trustee this time is our lawyer from the first bankrupcy. This time we filed on our own without a lawyer. I wonder how this is going to go

I know he wont remember us, I dont even remember what he looked like, and he was the kind of lawyer that you dealt with his paralegal most of the time. I am just happy to have this on the books and going...
