I have what i think to be my last osbstacle to filing, however i think its big one. I have made this post before so sorry for the repeat. I am paying on a loan that is not in my name its in my moms. She took out the loan for me and i have made the payments directly to her. She turns around and makes the payments on the loan. Dollar for dollar. I am being called by CC's and already have had a vehicle repoed. I need a miracle or to file

Is there anyone who had some form of insider payment within a year of filing who had no problems or was able to explain the situation and not have the trustee go after the so called insider?
