I am very nervous. I am worried to death. Had nightmares all night last night that I was late to it and they threw it out.

It is done.

I got there at 9am and my hearing was set at 10am. I did not go in until 11 am. My lawyer was really good today at keeping me calm.

The trustee only asked me about 5 questions and then said she is recommending discharge.

I am assuming this is good news.

My lawyer did say that best buy sent him a letter asking for me to return some items I bought with the card or pay for them. He said that most times they send the letter but never come for the stuff so he says I should do nothing. Has anyone ever heard of this?

My husband and I had our 341 meeting today too and they trustee asked about 6 questions, then said this hearing is closed and the lawyer told us to wait 60-70 days for our discharge papers in front of the trustee so I am guessing we are good to go. Glad it went good for you too.
