    Good info Bezoar

Cannot wait to get my 341 behind me.. For me personally it was the best
decision I made regarding my financial affairs.. Like it is said on previous post.
Your good credit score, mine (725) matters nothing in the end... God is not
going to ask you about your credit score. He may ask you,who did you help when you did have good credit?? Anyhow all the best to you.....

Thanks Bezor - great information. Arent you glad you got there early??? Have you noticed we all generally tend to notice what others wear to the 341 meeting? The lack of preparedness of the attorneys, etc? And just generally being prepared?
Keep us posted on yours and hers progress.
I too, personally am glad I used an attorney, Ours was too cheap. We were constantly emailing her, etc. Maybe that is why she diredcted us to this site, see, another reason to be glad I hunted the internet and found her. If we had gone local, I would be in chapter 13 instead, that is all he practically files. Internet is a wonderful thing.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

That's for sure. I couldn't help but pull up some of the cases that I observed on our court's local version of PACER. One couple had their case continued for unknown reasons. Turns out this case was continued once already back in August. Their atty charged only $350 - the schedules are all screwed up. Either the atty just had them fill out their own paperwork & agreed to represent them at the mtg, or she's just downright incompetent - maybe a little of both. Some of the atty's looked successful - others looked like they had slept in their car. Very strange mix, for sure...

We found the same thing. There was one attorney that had like 3-4 cases and the trustee had to remind him, hey these are your cases aren't they. If the tension hadn't been so high, we probably would have laughed.

Update: Koolsville! 341 on 10/03, as of this afternoon (10/06) she already has a notice of no distribution filed by the trustee. Maybe he won't be interested in her 2005 tax refund after all.

Considering that neither one of us has used credit since early 2003, I can't imagine any creditors having valid reasons to object to her discharge, so I think it is pretty much in the bag for her.

I'm almost looking forward to getting my 341 over with...
