Can someone tell me how to get on PACER I read other people getting up dates on their bk there,is it free,do you need a code?

It is not free. I costs 8 cents a page that you look at or download. I signed up by using my debit card so I could get instant access. They bill at the end of the quarter, and if your current balance is $10 or more, they will charge you. If you are under $10 at the end of the quarter, the amount continues to accumulate until you do have $10 in charges. So, if you never exceed $10, then it is free.
Once you are registered, make sure you sign on to the Bankruptcy site for your state/district.
