Over 60 day club?

Ug...so it was refreshing to be in the 60 day club...but the over 60 day club is frustrating!!! I didnt think it would happen to me, but I am officially a pacer addict now! Is everyone else in the over 60 day club hanging in there? I think I may make an ever so polite call next week to check in.

When did you hit it? I did the exact same thing, but at least in my case, it didn't seem to update until the day after, so once I figured that out, I stopped checking it until the next day. Just food for thought. Hang in there, you'll get it

60 Day mark was on Monday, so I am not too far off yet....just really anxious to get it over with! There is a discrepnecy though, in my docket report it states Trustee's Report of No Distribution on 1/29 (same day as 341) but it states in that note that 341 was held on 12/29/08?! Im not sure if I should say something to have it corrected or if it really even matters at all.

I'm not a guru, but I noticed that on mine too, I don't think it matters to be honest....I think it's just on the first 341 they notify them electronically or by phone or something like that, I think one of the gurus or mods might be able to answer that for you, but I noticed that too looking at other cases in my district.

Currently, I'm at 71 days. I update my status in my signature though. My attorney told me it may take up to 90 days because of how backed up the court is. The good thing is that the 60 objection period ended with no objections so it's just a matter of time.

Mine discharged on Day 115 here in California. I tried really hard to be patient, but on day 115 we went down to the court and they discharged me right before my eyes. It was driving me nuts!
