Self employment and ch 7 bk..

anyone do this? Is the trustee harder on those who were self employed? Do they go further back in bank statements? I'm just trying to prepare for when we do file. My husband had been in business for himself since 2003 and last year the company flopped. This year he got a referral job out of the blue so he is still "in business" so to speak. No signs of any other random jobs coming around though. Any advice for the self employed? He only has 1 business card we will be claiming in bk~ but not the business itself since it didn't cost much of anything to start.
