Hello all, I had my 341 meeting, the trustee only asked my attorney to provide the last months bank statement, and also was surprised I spent all my tax return in 2 weeks... ( bought a car, I didn't have one, paid the lawyer, and a few bills) that took it all. But then, maybe 10 minutes, it was over. Does this mean my Chapter 7 is approved and will be the 60 day countdown?? My attorney never had much time to talk afterwards, so.. I am asking those who know. Thanks,!
