    Woo HOO!! WEEEEEE! Oh, HUBBBBB?

    So I called the BK court a minute ago and sweetly asked if discharges were taking a bit longer than usual.
    He replied "yes ma'am, they are what is your case number?"
    He laid the phone down for a minute , came back on the line and said,

    You are discharged!,

    You will be getting a letter from Virginia in about a week ( where the discharge letters are intiated)


    Yippee!


    I am ready for some dancing ham hams!

    BTW, filed Pro-Se ( very happy with my waitress with a brain self right now!)

          It seems like the courts are really backed up, another poster had to go down to the court house and check on what the hold up was...she was discharged too!

          P.S. I PM'ed you.

          May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
          9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

                            My big plan is to buy a house in about 2.5 years while staying debt free.

                            Now if I could only train myself to save .....

                            Wish I could qualify now, you get 10,000.00 from the state of California if you buy by the end of the year and another 8000.00 from the Fed in refundable tax credits.

                            But with my BK, nope.

                            Just happy to be discharged.
