Taxes, Garnishment and Student Loans ???

Quick question: Ch. 7 is pending now. I am filing an amended schedule to include creditors that weren't in the original matrix. I have a Federal Lien for 6K and student loans that are in default. Do I include them, even though they are not dischargeable, on my ammended matrix?

And, I have contacted the student loan servicer to let them know about the BK and was told what I could do to get out of default i.e, payment plan ontime for 6 months. Do I go ahead and begin that process now or wait till BK is discharged?

And, have filed Tax returns for 2008 but there was an error that I needed to correct so they've not been "accepted". We are expecting a refund of 8K which I'm assuming will be mostly soaked up by the IRS for their lien and what's not taken by them will be taken by Sallie Mae for my student loans. Should I go ahead and file this now or wait till discharge?

Lastly, I have a judgement against me from a former landlord who is seeking garnishment. The garnishment has stopped pending the automatic stay, but, what are the steps to have the judgement discharged? I included him/judgement in my BK. Do I need to also send notice to the District Court in my state or include the District Court in my matrix since they technically are now in control of that judgement? Also, this guy is kind of a butthead, so I anticipate him doing everything in power to not have his debt discharged. What are the chances that will happen? I GUARANTEE he'll show to the creditors meeting and fight me on this. What happens then? BTW, we are a no-asset case.

Ok, so the questions weren't short or quick. Sorry! THANKS A MILLION!!!!

I moved your thread out of the Tax Thread since you raise other issues.
