I had my 341 meeting yesterday. It wasn't that painful. The trustee wanted to know why a restitution case that we was awarded was uncollectable. I told him I've contacted the court house many times on it and I never receive any money from it. He said he was going to look into it. They can have the money because I'll never see it anyway. We were awarded restitution from a crooked contractor. Problem is she owes alooooot of people so we are on the bottom of the pole. Anyhooo, he said everything else was fine. So now what...We just wait and check Pacer for a discharge?

Yep you'll just have to wait for the 60 days to discharge. You should discharge fine without problems. However the Trustee is likely to sue the contractor and seek restitution on behalf of the bankruptcy estate. Like you suspect if he gets anything they'll probably make it available for distribution. This will hold up closing some but you should discharge on time without problems.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
