As I've stated before, I'm not in a hurry to file but I do want to get it over with....
I have about $5000 I need to get rid of and I don't want to just spend it on things I don't need. I know that I'll need it around this time next year when I need to move again. It will probably take me a while to find a new job when I move and I will have to pay for moving expenses. Should I just wait as long as possible and file when I actually get sued or think my income might go up??? Right now I'm right at the median income... maybe a bit above.
