Day 115 post 341 and...............

We decided to take a little drive down the the courthouse in Riverside, CA today.

We asked the lady inside (very politely) to take a look at our case to see if she could figure out why it had not been discharged. She kept looking at the computer screen with a puzzled look. She picked up her phone and asked a supervisor to take a look. She hangs up and looks at me and says:

OK YOU ARE DISCHARGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG OMG OMG - SEND THE HAMPSTERS - IT'S FINALLY OUR TURN!!!

We came home and checked PACER and there it is "DISCHARGED 3/25/09"

It's been a long road for us. Couldn't have made it through the stress without this forum.

Thank you so much! I turned on the hampsters and danced in the living room along with. As you can imagine, I am a tad bit excited today.

I wonder how long our discharge would have taken if we had not gone down to the court today??

It was well worth the gas money and $2 parking

congrats........there probably pretty busy at the Riverside courthouse hence the delay. After all I think we are ground zero for the housing meltdown.

Good call on going down to the court house You should have stopped into The Mission (for those of you that aren't familiar with the area, it's a beautiful Old Mission that was converted into a Hotel) and had a GREAT lunch! Yeah!
