Is everything good to go? The only thing that worries me is the one in bold, because that's the only thing I couldn't find much information on. The actual document itself says "Request for special notice" is this just the creditor wanting to be notified at a different address or is this something to be concerned about since the deadline for everything is only 3 days away now for my 60 day?

That is most likely related to your mortage company filing the motion for relief from stay.

It was one of the creditors for a credit card that requested it, not the mortgage company, sorry, I should have mentioned that. Still, is it anything I should be concerned about? It was the only one I can remember for sure that got turned over to a CA.

All it means is, a creditor is asking to be informed of any changes or notices in your case. AMEX did that with me-a lawfirm in PA. was to be informed of any developments. No biggie.
