Looks like you are almost there. Looks like the discharge was entered, but now you are awaiting the actual Close Order, which is administrative in nature.

If you're a no-asset case, then the close should come soon.

ROFLOL! So Sorry! It's just that I've read So, So Many of both of yours' posts, both names just got co-mingled in my brain. I Apologize. I hope I didn't upset anyone. I am disabled and the pain meds sometimes mix up words in my head.

BTW. I do want to say to both of you, I have learned so much from both of your posts and I'm still learning. My husband found this forum after we met with the Attorney last September. I am so glad we did not file in Dec. when our attorney wanted us to, because we would most likely be in a Chapter 13 now.

He is an Over The Road Truck Driver and is usually gone from Sun. am - Fri.pm most every week. I became disabled due to a car accident 3/14/05, but had to fight to get it in 7/06, and don't drive unless I Just have to. I'm usually home most of the week. I am on the internet searching everything I can possibly find concerning Bankruptcy.

However, this forum has taught me the most. There are other forums out there, but they are not as interactive.
