    Overraft protection and b/k

I have over draft at my bank of course maxed out, but the bank deducts money every month. The interest fees doesn't leave any available balance so I'm just paying to satisfy bank. Should I be calling my bank and telling them about being in the process of b/k with an attorney? Will they not try to collect for my overdraft anymore? Or should I close my account and add it to the b/k?

    thanks,

They probably won't let you close your account with a negative balance (so they can keep charging fees). I would just open another account at a different bank and include the old bank in the BK. As soon as they find out you are in BK, they will take whatever they can to cover the balance.
