Looking for info for filing w/o an attorney

Hi, I am just looking for people out there who have filed by themselves or are thinking about it. What kind of problems could I run into and are there any useful tools to help along the way?

Post more specifics and you will get better quality help.

List your debts, assets, tax issues etc and people can respond more precisely with what you may be up against.

I filed pro se in N. Dist. CA and had no problems or issues. However, I am somewhat familiar with the legal process since I have worked in law offices for over 12 years and went to law school. The most helpful things for me were the court website, the DOJ website, the internet in general (google is your friend, just make sure it is updated information) and this forum. I did not buy the Nolo book, but I would suggest it if you aren't familiar with BK and legal stuff in general.
