Matrix Addresses For Chase?

I've heard that Chase likes to report debt as discharged, claiming they know nothing about a BK. I really want to nail these guys down with addresses for the matrix. The only one I could get out of them is just their basic correspondance address: PO Box 15298 Wilmington DE.

I wonder -- any of you poor souls who have been harassed by Chase through the mail -- would you share a specific Bankruptcy/Legal address with me?

Does anyone have other Chase addresses they listed on their matrix?

I, too, would be really grateful to get any info. regarding the
appropriate credit card addresses to list on the "matrix".

I've read, somewhere, that the courts have preferred contact
addresses as provided by all the major players, B of A, Citi,
Discover, Chase, etc., and that, when required, these addresses
are substituted for comparatively "generic" addresses that may
be listed on the matrix.

Still, one would like to list the correct address if possible.

We had Chase in our petition and notice was sent to the Wilmington PO Box. Your attorney will have proof that they mailed notification. They shouldn't be able to get away with it as you listed them in your petition and made a good faith effort to contact them.

It is my understanding that the court assumes responsibility for notifying
all creditors listed on the debtor's matrix.
Is anyone aware of any requirement for the debtor to provide additional
notification?

correspondance address is the one you want to use, however if you really want to be thorough send it to all addresses you have for them......

You can get most of the addresses from your credit report.
