Pacer quick and dirty?

She emailed me with a case number. So there's a possibility my case was filed yesterday (Friday) and just hasn't updated on Pacer yet. If there's a case number, though, it should be on Pacer by Monday, right? Unless there's missing paperwork?

Most filings are electronic now. You should be able to go into the BK section for your district and put in your case number and see the filing. Sometimes there is a small lagtime, but for a case number to be generated your petition must have been filed.
