    Paperwork at the lawers

I payed the lawer and gave him all the statements and tax returns ect.
He'll call this week to come in and review, then file the end of the month
or the 1st. Does all the statement go to the trustee or only if he asks for them?

When you file your petition your BK gets a trustee assigned it to. That will be the trustee that is to look at your petition and paperwork and then conduct your 341.

So the trustee all ways gets all the paper work with the petition as a matter of course?

The Trustee will ususally request what he wants, for example your last tax return, to be sent to him before the 341.

At least that is how it went with my BK.

All the other paperwork ( like your statements, etc, )your attorney will most likely bring with him to the 341, in case the Trustee would like to review them.

It may vary from district to district and trustee to trustee.
