Hi friends,
I'm acquainted with the "bottom line" 90 day period (following balance
transfers/cash advances) that one must wait before filing to avoid an
automatic objection to discharge.
I am also aware that, beyond the minimum of 90 days, the longer one
can wait, the better (with regard to improving one's prospects of avoid-
ing creditor objections).
In assessing my projected financial condition, I've determined that I can't
really afford to wait longer than 150 days since transferring balances to
three separate cc's. (two of the transfers were $7,000.00, and the third
was $8,000.00). I have continued to make minimum payments on these
accounts.
I'd be very grateful to hear from anyone who filed between 90-180 days
after transferring balances, regarding their experiences...
Successes, failures, creditor objections, etc.
Hope to hear from you.
Thanks, best wishes and best of Luck!
