I just got on pacer for the first time...was looking around and it said....FLAGS: DebtEd, MEANSNO....any ideas as to what that is?

These are the common flags that everyone seems to get in the beginning.
DebtEd = Your 2nd debt education class certificate.
MEANSNO = you did not fail the means test.
To get a list of meanings, I clicked on Utilities and then Court Information.
Here, it says MEANSNO means "no," but it does refer to the means test.Last edited by JoeBankrupt33; 03-12-2009, 12:11 PM.

You have to take a second class, after you file your petition and before your discharge.
I had to take it within 45 days of my 341, not sure if that is a local rule or not ( the time frame) but you HAVE to take it to get discharged or you will be dismissed.
The cheapest class I found was through 50-30-20, it was 14.95.

Go with the cheapest one.
Just make sure they fly with the DOJ in your district. Most sites that offer the class will have some sort of statement like "Certified in all districts of the US BK Court" or list the states thet are certified in.
Just check to make sure it is a valid class in your district.
