    Pacer

I have read other posts and didnt find anything to answer my question. I just got done with my 341 meeting yesterday so I signed up for Pacer today. When I log in...where do I go? What can I actually look on up Pacer?

    Click Query

Enter your case no in the appropriate field.

    Click on History Documents

Tick the box that says "display docket text": (you get more bang for your buck)

Everything that was filed should be there.

Awesome, I will try that now. I was afraid to just go looking around bc of the charges that would add up!

I also look at the docket report from Newest to oldest. Once you download all of your documents you only need to download anything that is updated from there on.

I've gathered some PACER info because I was worried about the same thing.

In addition to what the folk have already told you, every time you log in to pacer, just look at the Date of Last filing. If that date hasn't changed, then there is nothing new in your case. If the date did change, then go to the History/Documents tab (with docket text) to see what was added to your case.

I just checked, and I've spent about $2 on my case so far, and they don't actually charge you until you exceed $10. So, I'm pretty sure I'll never have to pay anything for PACER.
