OK... Had my 341. Now what?

Everything went fine I think. Only thing I didn't have was the statement for the car I want to keep. She told my Atty to get schedule d amended within ten days. Let her know which condo I am letting go and which town home I intend to keep. No creditors showed up...

Would I have known today if there were going to be any problems?

The trustee's office has 10 days after the 341 to file their paperwork, so till then I would say, no, you would not have heard by now.
    Filed: 11/25/08 - chp 7 no asset
    Discharged: 2/24/09 CLOSED 3/7/09!

Thanks! Will I be notified when they file the paperwork? How do I know things are OK?

My Atty had an asst or paralegal there today and is now in court the rest of the day, or I would ask him.

Do you have a Pacer account? You can follow any filings in your case in Pacer. Otherwise you will recieve mail from the court and from your attorney.

The next document to look for is the Trustees report showing *hopefully* that you have no assets and that there was no distribution.

          Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..
