It was Tom Connolly. I doubt you have the same guy, because his next date was also on a Wednesday. I would guess you'll be OK since you got your refund before you filed, and you hopefully spent the money on things that you need.

    Good luck.

Thanks. Yeah I spent it on necessities... all but a few hundred is accounted for. I had about $300 cash in my house which I was going to spend on groceries and believe it or not our house was burgarlized 4 days after we filed! They got our cash which detectives wont say they got or not off the guys. (They got caught thank God) But my problem is do I tell them about this or will they be mad that I even had cash? I have a police report confirming what I am saying was stolen but wonder if it's even worth bringing it up...

I thought I was going to be asked tons of questions. Nothing. Except for taking money. He didn't ask anybody if they had cash on hand, he didn't ask to see any of the paperwork that he requested me or anyone else to bring (tax returns from 2006/2007, 3 months bank statements, pay stubs).

If it was anything like mine, they won't ask. Also, don't bring up anything... let them do their job and ask about what they want to know.

My mind keeps running, so I'm taking a shot of rum and going to bed. You'll do fine. Just make sure that you have your picture ID and social security card. One lady showed up without her social security card, and it looked like a big headache - much bigger than mine.
