Yahooooo, great news !!!!!! I wouldn't worry about the closing, it doesn't really effect anything from what my lawyer told me. Getting the discharge is the main thing! My closing came about 5 days after my discharge. I got my discharge papers from my lawyer yesterday. You can also download and print the discharge paperwork from pacer. It's the exact same document. Filed it with all my other important paperwork and living in bliss right now.

CONGRATULATIONS....Today is the first day of the rest of your life....HaHaHa.

Go look for some secured cards. Start slow. Don't go crazy with the credit. Remember...Cash is still King and Credit can be an evil necessity.
