    A Mistake--is it too late??

I filed chapter 7 5 days ago.. and i got a problem. I had sold a truck 17 months ago for 2500. I thought i sold it for 1500, and i told my lawyer that i sold it for 1500. Now, I find the bank statement that says it was 2500. Is it too late for me to call my lawyer and tell him? Is my whole case going to be thrown out of court??

Think about what you are asking. Why would your whole BK be thrown out of court?

This is not a problem as long as you sold it for market value and did not fraudulently transfer the truck for 1500 or 2500, doesn't matter.

Just tell your lawyer about the change in amount.

I know I worry a lot. Just want to make sure nothing goes wrong with my case. No i did not transfer it from 1500 to 2500, i just couldnt find any paper work on it until i went over my bank statements where i deposited the check and found it. Thanks everyone for answering. Sorry for stupid questions,, just worrying over every little detail,
