    Finally Discharged!!!! Hurray!!!

    Finally after 7 months I have been DISCHARGED!!! It has been a long road to this. The trustee was on my case for 7 months. They received an additional 60 days to object to my discharge but from some reason the judge signed the order of discharge before the their time was up. So glad. Chapter 7 shouldn't take that long said the judge!! I am going to frame my letter of discharge....Life is good!!

      12/05/08 - filed pro se
      01/27/09 - case dismissed and closed - 02/24/09 - case reopened and dismissal vacated
      04/01/09 - new 341 scheduled
      6/02/09 - DISCHARGED!!!

            Tell me, do you know if the Ch13 stays on your credit report for 10 years AFTER discharge or from the time of filing?

              Congrats - this gives me hope.

              Today is day 98 for us without a discharge.
              Chapter 7 filed 10/21/2008
              341 - 11/26 went smooth NO ASSET
              Took 115 days after 341 - But Finally DISCHARGED 3/25/09
