    income increases?

At what point is it ok for your income to increase? The day after filing, day after 341 or day after discharge?

Also, if you are looking at your Forms and trying to figure out just how much your income can increase after you file and you will still be ok, which form do you look at>?

    Thanks!

Technically your income can increase immediately after filing, but some trustees will ask you under oath at the 341 if your income has changed since filing. To be safe, most lawyers will advise you to not increase your income until after the 341.

If I understand your question, you are trying to match the income increase against your state's medisn income. Here's the current table for median incomes by state and family size used by the bk courts for cases filed after March 15, 2009 - http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/eo/bapcpa/2...come_table.htm

After the 341 is okay but after the discharge is better.

Is it only for the median? Or the budget also? I'm more worried about the budget. We are just going negative so if dh finds a job it should pretty close to even.
