Just got back

Hi Everyone, well its finally over and hopefully over... We got up there about 1/2 hour early. We were very nervous, eyes twitching and just nervous. So we go into a room, some what like a 341. He is there with an attorney, bankruptcy analyst and another women. So they put the tape recorder on and swear us in. And then the questions start. It was like a 341 but lasted about 1 1/2 hours, of questioning, YUP all questions. I hled it together and jsut told the truth. They were actually very nice and very respectful. When we were done I finally broke down a cried, not loud but tears. They were very sympathec and kind. They just said ok at the end and shook our hands and said you will be hearing from us within the next month.

It seemed to go well. I will say they asked very damn question imagineable. I was getting ready for the cavity search... LOL... Nahhh, but it was not no where as bad as i thought is was going to be.

The UST did most of the talking. They asked about 50-60 questions.

Thank God its over and hopefully its the end. They seemed to be satisfied with what they had. They were still missing quite a few cc statements, but they seemed to not care.

Thanks to all for the good wishes, prayers and for jsut being there for me. I truly appreciate it!!!! I was thinking about all of you when we were walking in to the room. He asked me some questions that I would of only knew the answers from this forum, so I was well prepared, eventhough, i didn't think so.

Hopefully, the hard part if over....

Yes, it is a 2004 ruling deposition. Yes, not everyone who claims bk has o go thru this. I just happen to over been over the median and high cc balance so that prompted an audit by the UST.

This is great news, so was your atty there too? If so did he mention anything-how it went etc.? 50-60 quesitions, wtf, did they ask you how you take your coffee or what? I couldn't imagine even knowing tham much info in my head about my financials... GOOOOOOD Job!!!!!!

be interested to know some of the questions. did they ask specifics about certain credit card purchases, why did you do this or that etc. did you answer any questions with "we can't remember" ??
