Ours is tomorrow. Do they tell us when the cars are going to be taken and when to get out of the house? Or does that all happen after the meeting? I have no idea and our lawyer is of NO HELP, he is not even going to the 341 now! Its to far to drive so someone else that I have never met is going in his place.

I also was unsure about this at our 341, as we are surrendering a home, but trustee just asked what the house was worth and that is it. All the surrendering of things happened after the 341 and for us it is still going on and we filed in October. Trustee did not supply us with any info, just asked questions. That's it. Pretty painless. Good luck.
