Hey... just wondering if I can claim the full IRS rent standards for a chapter 7 and/or 13. In Manhattan you can claim up to 3200+, but my rent is only 1000. Stupid question, but I figured I would ask... lol....

I believe you claim the "standard" on the means test and your "actual" expense on Sched. I/J. That's what we've been told anyway.
