I took the course that's required before before filing. Do I have to wait until after the 341 to take the second required course or can I do it now?

You can take it anytime, just be sure too file it with the court before the required deadline. You will get dismissed if you don't.

the company my attorney wanted me to use required a case number so I couldn't do it until the case was filed but she preferred to have it done before the 341 meeting.
